Black Forest visits the Ace - 8/4/10

Update -- May 20th/21st

Here he is again - Thomas just can't stay away, especially from our Fish 'n Chips!

....and the Mushy Peas!

But really, he came to get his Tiger......

Big grins, all along the by-roads from Worthing to Dover!

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Our good friend Thomas from the Black Forest paid us a brief visit on his old Speed Triple, not without consternation, I must add. Coil problems caused him a spluttering arrival at Calais and disembarking at Dover gave Thomas the relief that he was now in his second home; England.
Because Wil was out of action (silly bugger fell orft an off-roader and broke his collar bone) Jacko met Thomas at Dover, after exchanging our usual pleasantries, we scratched our heads, picked what brains we had and decided to chance it to Rye where we could stop for repairs and refreshment.
Alas, the sputtering was soon back, so a coil change in slight drizzle was the challenge. Fortunately, Thomas had spares and I had a new spare that I keep in the old Trophy, so in half an hour we were done and set off for Worthing - the Speedy was running fine.

The Breakfast Tester is at it again, this time in Worthing:

.......and some beer and ice-cream?

To whom it may concern: Thomas was forced under duress to suffer such ignominy of this disgraceful public display, signed.....
