Fantastic weather and beautiful countryside made for a great ride-out to Popham Airfield and the Mega Meet.
But first, we had to enjoy the obligatory breakfast, this time at Loomies with a plentiful platter of pleasing portions!

Eagle Run - Tuesday 11th August

A 6.30 start for a few brave souls. The weather was good to us but the M25 wasnt! So after a late breakfast we went to check out the F15's at Lakenheath.

They're over there somewhere

So, Kenny was set for the day - fine figure of a man that Kenny - a quick examination and he declares 'everything present and correct'

We left Kenny, Billy & Chrissy to watch the planes while the rest of us rode some Fens on a gorgeous summers day.
We stopped at Chatteris for refreshments and to watch the world go by.
Here is a photo of four local dossers who had finished their Tennents Extra and couldn't think of what to do next.

Ride-out - Sunday 2nd August

On our way to Lydenhill race track we called in at Rye, it was such a nice day and breakfast was calling - so, breakfast it was.
We then opted to call in at a custom car & bike show - and there we stayed enjoying an afternoon in the sunshine................................
